Our two-hectare Kyalami property gives dogs space for a structured daily routine, including exercise, socialisation and time to switch off.
A stay that suits the dog
Social when it works. Private when it doesn't.
Dogs can stay in social or private arrangements depending on what suits them. Dogs from the same family can stay together. The aim is a safe, manageable routine rather than expecting every dog to fit the same setup.
Daily care
The practical things matter.
Food is included. If your dog needs a special diet, please supply their usual food. Simple oral medication such as tablets can be given where appropriate.
A Floor of Dogs is not a veterinary facility. Dogs that are unwell, require injections or need significant medical care should board with an appropriate veterinary facility.
Before a stay, tell us about every dog coming, including sociability, diet, medication, temperament and routine, as well as the dates you need.
Longer stays
Long-term boarding and relocation support.
We also accommodate longer stays, including dogs whose families are emigrating while travel requirements and arrangements are completed.
Where relevant, Gareth can help crate-train dogs preparing for a flight.
Boarding dogs can also be groomed before collection during the week, subject to grooming availability.
